The Derra Atrauma Anastomosis Clamps offers a broad range of benefits in the operating theatre. Its principal use is to selectively stop the blood flow to excise an obstruction and reattach the vessel.
For this purpose, the instrument features powerful jaws supplied with fine serrations that ensure a firm grip. In addition, the jaws have a double-angled design to easily reach mediastinum blood vessels.
Moreover, the Derra Atrauma Anastomosis Clamps include angled shafts that provide enhanced sightlines. Also, the ratchet system between the rings has interlocking teeth to achieve a secure self-retaining action.
