The Guyon Kidney Pedicle Clamp offers a wide assortment of benefits. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to hold the blood vessels, nerves and ureter from the kidney’s pedicle.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of curved jaws that conform to the anatomy of the kidney’s hilum. In addition, the jaws have horizontal serrations that not only occlude lumens but also prevent injury. Also, the device is available in different sizes to suit multiple pedicle variations.
Moreover, the Guyon Kidney Pedicle Clamp features straight shafts for enhanced surgical sightlines. Furthermore, the boxlock system between the shafts helps to close the jaws with smooth movements.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality and product performance during surgical procedures.
