The Herrick Kidney Pedicle Clamp offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to manipulate the renal pedicle, in order to achieve adequate haemostasis during the procedure.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of jaws with two forward angles, which are ideal to suit the renal hilum. In addition, the inner surfaces of the jaws have longitudinal serrations that enhance gripping.
Moreover, the Herrick Kidney Pedicle Clamp features slim, straight shafts that improve the surgical reach. Also, the boxlock system that attaches the jaws ensures smooth jaw-closing movements.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
