For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of delicate serrated tips that avoid mucosal tearing. Moreover, the device is available in 12.0 and 15.0cm sizes, which are ideal lengths for holding small swabs and gauzes.
In addition, the Micro-Adson Dressing Forcep handles have flat stems that connect at the bottom to form a spring system. As a result, surgeons can close the tips against each other with a smooth movement.
