SURTEX® Museux Tonsil Grasping Forceps help doctors to remove tonsils when they cause infections and pain. Surgeons use the device to hold and retract the tonsils in order to separate them from the underlying tissues.
For your convenience, the handles have a ratchet assembly to lock the jaws during clamps. Moreover, the large finger rings offer you comfort and dexterity in long procedures.
The SURTEX® Museux Tonsil Grasping Forceps is 20 cm long to reach deep parts of the neck. It also has a slender profile so you can pass it into small spaces easily.
We designed the fork-like jaws with an inward curve to hold the tissues of the tonsil firmly. In addition, the long necks allow you to view the jaws directly in order to make confident movements.
SURTEX® Instruments manufacture surgical devices from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of fine service.
