Especially includes beveled blades for effortless dissection. It allows even distribution of force along a thin edge for efficient force transmission.
The operating scissor also has short shanks for precise manipulation.
In addition, it has an extra large finger handle. This allows insertion of an extra finger and exertion of more force. Hence, the scissor is able to exert the extra force for dissection of thick wads of gauze.
