The Troutman Superior Rectus Forcep offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to manipulate the superior rectus and other muscles within the eye socket.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of narrow, angled jaws to easily pass under the muscles and permit multi-directional handling. In addition, the 1 x 2 delicate teeth at the tips are ideal to firmly hold the muscular tissue.
