At Surtex Instruments our founding principle has always been driven to help improve patient health care throughout the word. The global threat of COVID-19 has help reinforce the importance as the world comes together to overcome this unprecedented human challenge.

As a healthcare company, we are doing all that we can to support medical professionals and employees and our thoughts go out to all those people who have been affected by this virus.

We have all witnessed NHS employees and health professionals worldwide risk their lives to treat sick patients under tremendous pressure and are inspired by their heroic efforts. At Surtex Instruments, we would like to thank you for all you do.

We understand that some of our customers will be concerned about supply disruptions to products that they regularly buy and depend on from Surtex Instruments. At this moment we would like to advise that we have strong contingency plans to help overcome this situation to minimise any supply disruptions. However, the situation is dynamic, and it can be expected that there will be some inevitable disruptions over the coming months until the situation becomes stable.

The safety of hospital staff and our employees is our top priority. In an effort to minimise the presence of our employees in hospitals we have invested in digital solutions and revamped our website to help our customers easily find products.
