SURTEX® Cottle Skin Grasping Forceps enable doctors to treat nasal diseases. For instance, the device helps to repair the nose in rhinoplasty surgery. In these procedures, doctors grasp the skin to suture parts of the septum. This helps to repair fractures or remove deviations.
Surgeons use the forceps blades to grasp parts of the skin on either side of the septum. Therefore, we designed the grip handles with a long frame to enhance your force and efficiency. Moreover, the outer serrations increase your comfort and prevent hand slips.
We made each jaw with a two serrated edges in order to make firm grips on nasal tissues. The jaws have straight profiles and bayonet shafts so you can see the working tips easily.
They have outer blunt surfaces to prevent injury to surrounding structures. In addition, you can use the wheels to lock the distance between the jaws easily.
The SURTEX® Cottle Skin Grasping Forceps is 14 cm long to reach deep parts of the nose. In addition, the jaws are 1.7 mm in size to make delicate grasps. We also make other forceps for your convenience in nasal procedures. You can use these tools to customize your approach for every patient.
SURTEX® Instruments manufacture these forceps from premium grade stainless steel that you can depend on for years of fine service.
