The Kocher Abdominal Retractor brings multiple benefits to the operating site, especially when performing intra-abdominal procedures.
For example, the retractor has a L-shaped blade that comes with a terminal downward curve. This feature helps surgeons to lock onto tissues, avoid slippage and prevent local injury.
Also, the retractor has an ergonomic handle with a central ring. After the ring, it features a teardrop shaped hollow space. Surgeons can perform single or multiple finger retractions using these fenestrations.
