The SURTEX® Ballanger Swivel Knife enables doctors to reshape the septum of the nose. For instance, the device cuts the skin and membranes of the nose in plastic surgery. This helps repair fractures that result from trauma or disease. In addition, it can treat pain and remove infections.

We made the Ballanger Swivel Knife with a rotating blade to revolve 360 degrees on its axis and swivel at the tip. Ballanger Swivel Knife
The SURTEX® Ballanger Swivel Knife assists surgeons to perform tissue excisions in nasal surgeries, as it can cut the tissues based on the direction of the operator’s hands. This is useful in submucous resections of the septum. It is also useful in rhinoplasty and tympanoplasty procedures, as it can remove more cartilage at once without the operator needing to reposition the handle in every manipulation.
