The Kelly Dissecting and Ligature Forcep offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to assist surgeons during anastomotic or ligature procedures, in order to control haemostasis.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of tapered, curved jaws that ensure access into narrow cavities. In addition, the serrated profile of the jaws not only enhance gripping but also avoid local damage.
Moreover, the Kelly Dissecting and Ligature Forcep features a ratchet system for self-locking the jaws. As a result, surgeons can control the pressure applied to the clamped tissues according to the procedures.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
