The Millin Capsule Grasping Forcep offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to retract and hold tissues during prostatectomy and other urogenital surgeries.
For this purpose, the instrument features side-angled, T-shaped jaws that permit to reach a variety of surgical sites. In addition, the inner surfaces include transverse serrations or fine teeth to achieve a steady grip.
Moreover, the Millin Capsule Grasping Forcep features a boxlock system to close the tips aginst each other with smooth motion. Also, the ratchet mechanism between the finger rings permits to statically lock the tips at different levels of pressure.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
