The Tessier Mobilizing Retractor offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to assists surgeons in reconstructive procedures involving maxillary bone fractures.
For this purpose, the instrument features a serrated, rectangular tip that fits the palate and helps to mobilize the maxilla. In addition, the shaft has two deep curved for accommodating the palate and is available in left and right patterns.
