The Bergmann Bone Mallet offers a wide assortment of benefits for orthopedic surgeons. These benefits are important to perform osteotomy procedures on large bones.
To this end, the instrument features a 30 or 45mm diameter impacting platforms. Moreover, the platforms are flat and allow surgeons to hammer large-sized osteotomes and bones chisels or gouges.
Also, the mallet has a solid, square-shaped handle featured with horizontal serrations at the front and back sides. This particular design secures a strong grip and prevents slippage.
