The Mixter Dissecting and Ligature Forcep offers a broad range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to permit adequate control of haemostasis during surgery.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of tapered, curved jaws that help to reach a variety of surgical sites. In addition, the partially-serrated inner surfaces of the jaws ensure atraumatic grasping.
