Our Schumacher Umbilical Cord Scissor includes special flat hooked blades for dissecting the cord.
Cuts the umbilical cord and grasps it securely after the baby is born.
Especially includes an anti-slip mechanism. The hooks serve to securely grasp the umbilical cord to prevent slippage. The hooks as well as the flat blades increase surface contact with the cord. This ensures the cord is held securely.
The operating scissor also has sharp blades that provide effortless dissection. Moreover, the sharp blades also prevent adjacent pulling and tearing of tissues. This prevents damage to the surrounding structures.
In addition, they also ensure clean dissection plane, preventing crushing injury. Moreover, the blunt tips of the instrument also protects the surrounding tissue.
