The Cooley Atrauma Multipurpose Vascular Clamps offer a wide array of benefits for cardiovascular surgeons. Its principal use is to atraumatically control hemostasis by selectively stopping the blood flow.
For this purpose, the instrument features inner microserrations that minimize endotheal trauma. In addition, the jaws are available in multiple patterns including straight, angled and curved models. As a result, surgeons can choose the ideal pattern according to the surgical approach.
Moreover, the Cooley Atrauma Multipurpose Vascular Clamps has a ratchet for self-retaining clamping. Also, its elongated shafts permit to reach deep spaces and certain models display an angled design to optimize the sightlines.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a dual satin & mirror finish that reduces glare.
