Our Metzenbaum SuperEdge™ Dissecting Scissor includes blunt angled tips for appropriate dissection.
The operating scissor is equipped with innovative SuperEdge™ technology to dissect tough tissues with minimal effort.
Diamond cut micro-serrations provide the anti-slip mechanism necessary for a secure grip on slippery tissues.
Also includes a razor-like bevel-honed edge for effortless dissection through thick tissues. The sharp edge minimizes soft tissue pull or tearing to reduce inadvertent soft tissue damage.
The Metzenbaum SuperEdge™ Dissecting Scissor is designed in both curved and straight variants to suit different surgical needs.
Specifically designed narrow profile with a short blade to shank ratio makes the instrument ideal for accessing tissues in nasal, oral and ear cavities.
Also comes in tungsten carbide variant that prolongs the working power of the instrument and improves durability of the sharp edge. Easily recognized by one golden and one black ring handle.
Made in premium quality stainless steel with satin finish to maintain high standards, the instrument can be sterilized and reused.
